Charity Policy - "For Us All"

While finding your dream vintage piece can create special memories—and sometimes even mark personal milestones—it’s equally important to keep one another in mind.

For every product purchased, 5% of profits are donated to meaningful causes. Our donation structure ensures that:

  • 50% of all charitable contributions are permanently dedicated to poverty reduction efforts. Currently, this portion supports Habitat for Humanity, a trusted global organization that has helped more than 62 million people access safe and affordable housing. Their work includes building and repairing homes, financing housing projects, advocating for better housing policies, and providing financial education.
  • The remaining 50% is allocated to rotating social causes, allowing us to respond to urgent global crises. The current focus is on the humanitarian crises in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) -- which currently suffer from limited global awareness & media attention.
  1. 60% of this portion goes to Save the Children, a globally recognized organization with over 40 years of local experience in Sudan & aids in the DRC, delivering critical aid and protection for children and families.
  2. 40% goes to Human Rights Watch, one of the most respected advocacy groups conducting field-based investigations into human rights violations to support accountability and justice efforts worldwide.

We will always keep you informed about which charities your purchases are supporting. This page will be updated to reflect any new donation recipients at least two weeks before changes take effect, ensuring transparency.

Sustainability

At Celestine Wardrobe, sustainability is woven into every part of our process.

Every vintage item in our shop is a step toward reducing fashion waste by giving timeless pieces a second life. We package every order with intention, using materials designed to protect both your items and the planet. Each shipment is wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper and sent in 100% recycled boxes that can be reused or recycled again. Our water-activated paper tape is completely plastic-free, made with biodegradable, plant-derived adhesive, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional packing tape. To add a thoughtful finishing touch, every order includes a seed-paper thank-you note crafted from paper waste. Instead of discarding it, you can plant the note to grow wildflowers, giving new life to what would have otherwise been waste and letting your purchase bloom long after it arrives.
