Welcome to Celestine Wardrobe! Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Celestine Wardrobe. We operate this website and online store-including all information, tools, features, products, and services available from the Site-in order to offer you a curated vintage shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer these Services to you. 

By accessing or using our Site, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

Eligibility & Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (or the age of legal capacity) and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by them. 

If you create an account with us (e.g., by registering or providing contact/payment information), you must provide accurate, current and complete information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. 

Products

We make every effort to accurately display and describe the vintage items offered on our Site. We describe each item to the best of our ability, including any notable flaws or wear consistent with age. Minor imperfections should be expected when purchasing vintage goods. All vintage items are pre-owned and are sold as-is. 

Product availability is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse sales on a case-by-case basis. 

Payment

By making a purchase through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and payment details-such as your email address, billing information, credit card number, and expiration date-so that we can process your orders and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that:

(i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;

(ii) you are authorized to use the payment method submitted;

(iii) your payment method provider will honor all charges incurred; and

(iv) you agree to pay all charges associated with your order at the prices listed, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any other fees.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and branding- is the property of Celestine Wardrobe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not include the intellectual property rights associated with the original brands or designers of the pre-owned vintage items offered for sale; those trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the products. 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Celestine Wardrobe. 

Privacy Policy

We use Shopify as the platform for operating our online store. Your use of the Site is therefore governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy, which details how your information is collected, processed, stored, and safeguarded. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in Shopify's Privacy Policy. 

Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Changes To Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued access to or use of the Site and Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.
